About the Founder

Deeana Owens is a dynamic leader and visionary real estate broker born and raised in Oakland, California. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Business, Deeana launched her real estate career in Atlanta, where she was named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Realty and closed a $2M sale in Buckhead during her first year.

 

After forecasting the 2008 market shift, Deeana transitioned to corporate sales, excelling as an Account Executive for UPS and FedEx. She honed her skills in negotiation, marketing, and relationship building, earning multiple promotions and relocations before returning to Oakland in 2015 to focus on real estate full-time.

 

Deeana founded Owens Real Estate Inc. in 2019 to provide agent-centered, client-focused service with a commitment to community. She also launched "The Ca-GA Connection," a program bridging investment opportunities between the Bay Area and Atlanta, one of the country’s hottest rental markets. Known as "The Listing Lady," Deeana leverages her expertise to help clients strategically grow their portfolios.
